We contracted with Aqua Dreams to build a pool for us. I cannot even adequately express what a great experience it was. So many of our neighbours it took forever to have their pool put in and they had problem after problem. Well that was not our experience. Our permits went through very quick. Aqua Dreams had our pool renderings to us in a week. We signed the contract and they immediately started our pool. Zach was in communication with us through the whole process and always responded to our questions. We had our pool done and dusted in approximately 2 months start to finish. If you want a great experience with professional’s I highly recommend that you pick up the phone and call Aqua Dream’s . You will not be disappointed. They more than exceeded our expectations!

These guys are phenomenal. Great communication throughout the entire process, EXTREMELY quick and efficient with everything, and the work they did was AMAZING. Absolute perfection. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of our in ground pool and paver project. There were a few glitches along the way which were corrected once bought to the attention of the team. We also feel like there were missed days where work could have been done which prolonged the project. We would however, use this company again and refer them in the future as the overall project turned out great and we are very pleased.

I recently purchased a home with faulty and outdated pool equipment and wanted an entirely new pump, filter, and heat pump added.  Aqua Dreams came recommended to me from a close friend who was getting a new pool put in nearby. Over all, I have been exceptionally satisfied with the level of professionalism, competitive pricing, and top-notch installation of the new equipment.  Aqua Dreams has guided me every step of the way ensuing the products I purchased for installation would suit my family’s unique needs. In a world where customer service is often short changed I would say that will never be the case with Aqua Dreams. We hired Aquadreams to design and build our dream pool and we couldn’t be happier with that decision! They listened to exactly what we wanted, which was pretty specific, and made really helpful suggestions during the process that furthered our vision. They didn’t force us to do what they wanted or what is popular, but instead listened to our wants and made it happen. Communication was near constant and realistic timelines were provided at the beginning and maintained throughout the build. In other words, we knew exactly what the plan was at all times, and then they followed the plan to a tee. As a side note - it was also really fast! Everyone else I know who had a pool built by other companies was pretty amazed at the lack of delays and how quickly Aquadreams followed through on things. Honestly they were so on top of responses it made me feel like I was their only customer which I know for a fact isn’t the case. They may not be the cheapest bid you find but they use really high-quality materials and have expert workmen and contractors who provide a higher quality product than average which will end up lasting for years longer than cheaper bids. Joe delivers what his company promises on time and on budget, and Zach the Operations Manager is probably the most dedicated and hardworking foreman I’ve ever met. He is really hands on and takes total responsibility for everything. Both were present throughout the job and were really hands-on in making sure things were done to the highest quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. When looking for a company I heard so many horror stories about pool builders but after my experience with Aquadreams, I am more than comfortable putting my name on the line to recommend their services!!

Not all pool companies are created equally. Most are run by individuals that are all about greed and money and as us all consumers who are interested in pools have learned and seen the news what they do to us by taking our money and not finishing pools.
